Can I be sure that my personal information won’t be intercepted during transmission?
You can order with confidence, as we use secure servers (SSL Protocol) to protect your personal and credit card information. Our secure server software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Please notify the carrier and Epicurean-Traveler.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. Please note any damage when signing for your package. Be sure to keep all packaging and the original shipping carton intact for inspection. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us and indicate the items that you didn't order, whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent to you. We will instruct you where to send items that you wish to return. DO NOT send items to our editorial offices, as we have no staff to take care of returns.
Is gift-wrapping available?
Currently we do not provide a gift wrapping service. However, you may include a gift message by filling in the “comments” box provided on the billing information page. Your message will be printed on the packing list that ships with your order.
Can I order replacement parts?
As we do not manufacture the products we sell at Epicurean Marketplace
and Travelers Marketplace, please refer to the user manual or contact
the manufacturer directly. If you cannot find contact information for
the manufacturer, contact our Customer Service Department at info@epicurean-traveler.com,
or call toll free: 888-800-6339, ext. 1829, and we will do our best to
solve your problem.
Limitation of Liability
Epicurean-Traveler.com’s liability shall in no event exceed in the aggregate the total purchase and shipping price paid. In no event shall Epicurean-Traveler.com be liable for any loss of use, or indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or personal injury of any kind whatsoever resulting from use of products sold on this site.
Some states do not allow a limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
